How booking works
From estimate to a clean home, in four steps.
This form reflects an estimate. Final price is based on the actual hours spent cleaning and the condition of your home.
- Step 1
Request your estimate
Send the form above, call, or message us with your service, square footage and preferred date.
- Step 2
$50 down payment
A $50 down payment will be required to hold your appointment. Instructions on how it can be made are sent once your estimate is submitted.
- Step 3
Confirmation 24 hours before
Appointment confirmation will be sent via text or email 24 hours prior to cleaning.
- Step 4
Cleaning day
We arrive with all equipment and eco-friendly supplies. Final price reflects the actual hours spent cleaning and the condition of your home.
Cancellation policy
48 hours notice · $75 fee
- 1Contact us 48 hours prior to your appointment.
- 2Reschedule for a different day within the same week of cleaning so we stay in rotation with your original appointment.
- 3If you are on a bi-weekly cleaning rotation and we skip one cleaning, you will be charged an hourly rate for the next scheduled cleaning.
- 4If you fail to comply, a $75 cancellation fee will be applied to your next cleaning.
