How Cleaning Pricing Works

Yes. A $50 down payment holds your appointment, and instructions for making it are sent once you submit your estimate. The estimate itself is a guide: the final price reflects the actual hours spent cleaning and the condition of your home. We confirm your appointment by text or email 24 hours before the visit.

Please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment. You can reschedule to a different day within the same week so we stay in rotation with your original booking. A $75 cancellation fee applies to your next cleaning if the notice is not given, and a $50 down payment holds each appointment.

Timing depends on the size of your home or office and the type of service. Most standard cleanings take between one and three hours, while an initial deep clean or a move in and move out clean takes longer because it covers more detail, such as the inside of closets and cabinets.

Booking is simple. You can call, message or fill in the online estimate form with your location, preferred date and the type of cleaning you need. Our team confirms the schedule and sends a quick estimate, and a confirmation by text or email arrives 24 hours before your cleaning.

Yes. Super Green Cleaning brings all professional cleaning tools, equipment and eco-friendly supplies needed for the job, so you do not have to provide anything. If you prefer us to use a specific product of your own, just let us know when you book and we will happily use it.

Not necessarily. Many clients share access instructions, and as long as our team can enter safely you can come back to a spotless home. Just tell us how to get in when you book, and we will confirm the arrangement with you before the appointment.

Yes. We try our best to schedule your preferred cleaner for every visit so that you get consistency and comfort, especially on weekly, bi-weekly and monthly recurring service. Tell us who you would like when you book and we will note it on your schedule for future visits.

Yes. We provide customized cleaning plans for offices, clinics, restaurants, gyms, retail spaces and industrial facilities, on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule. We use the same eco-friendly products that are safe for your staff and visitors, and we plan visits around your business hours.

We are an all natural green cleaning company. We use natural, biodegradable, non-toxic products that are safe for everyone in your home or office, including children and pets, and we avoid harsh chemicals and artificial fragrances. The result is a clean space that smells fresh without strong fumes or residue.
