Facade cleaning, washing the exterior walls of a building, is a different job from interior cleaning, and it's worth knowing the difference before you call someone.
What it usually involves
Depending on the material, brick, stucco, concrete or glass, facade cleaning can use anything from a simple detergent-and-water pressure wash to stronger alkaline or acidic cleaners for stubborn staining, mildew or efflorescence (the white mineral residue that can form on masonry). The right choice depends on the surface, which is why it's typically handled by a specialist familiar with that material.
Why this is different from interior office cleaning
Facade work involves exterior equipment, sometimes lifts or pressure-washing gear, and chemicals chosen for masonry or glass rather than indoor surfaces. It's a separate trade from the day-to-day cleaning a business needs inside its space.
Where we fit in
Super Green Cleaning focuses on the inside: offices, clinics, restaurants, gyms, retail spaces and industrial facilities, cleaned with the same non-toxic products we use everywhere. If your building needs exterior facade work, that's a job for a specialist in that trade, but we're glad to help with everything inside it.
